Concha Columns & Respiratory Components
- Offers lower initial tooling costs than the equivalent plastic injection molded parts
- Aluminum columns provide better heat dissipation properties than plastic disposables
- Lighter weight, cost-effective alternative to stainless steel for non-invasive respiratory components
Gauge Enclosures & Floats
- Provides a fully wrought, seamless, leak-free design alternative to rolled can enclosures
- Impact process ensures a tight tolerance opening for mating seals, O-rings, washers, etc.
- One piece construction reduces assembly time and minimizes required part count for a given bill of material
Hydraulic Reservoirs
- Completely forged, non-porous vessels assure a pressure-tight, leak proof container
- Custom designs may be specified by liquid volume
- Impact extrusions provide a cost effective design alternative to rolled can reservoirs
Impact Machining Blanks
- Achieves near-net shaped starter blanks that drastically reduce CNC machining time and material scrap
- Maintains accurate and repeatable concentricity specifications
- Improves machine shop productivity and product through-put rates
- Ask JLO to provide a fully-machined finished part to meet your exact specifications!
Pistons & Cylinders
- Fully wrought part with less porosity than the equivalent cast component
- Allowable overall length to diameter ratio of up to 10:1 promotes unique design opportunities
- Increased strength characteristics compared to aluminum pistons and cylinders produced with other manufacturing processes
Technical Extrusions & Shapes
- Offers significantly lower initial tooling costs on complex parts as compared to competing production methods
- Presents an affordable alternative to other forming processes for roughly symmetrical parts with intricate bottom configurations
- Allowable overall length to diameter ratio of up to 10:1 promotes unique design opportunities
Trophy & Award Bases
- Uniform grain structure yields an eye-appealing surface finish to the completed part
- Available in all standard anodize colors and cosmetic finish options
- Lighter weight than the equivalent steel trophy base
