A/C Accumulators & Driers
- Tooled for most standard OE and aftermarket sizes and shapes
- Aluminum accumulators and driers significantly lighter in weight than comparable steel designs
- Reverse extrusion process ideally suited for rapid, high volume production of symmetrical, hollow can-shaped parts
- Impact process encourages can designs with bottoms thicker than the walls or cans with difficult to form bottom configurations
Air Bag End Caps
- Delivers near-net shaped starter blanks that drastically reduce CNC machining time and material scrap
- Achieves a fully wrought component with uniform grain structure maximizing the strength, toughness and machinability of the final design
- Complex multiple diameter geometries difficult to cost-effectively reproduce through competing manufacturing methods
Brake Parts
- Flange and extension designs difficult to cost-effectively reproduce through competing manufacturing methods
- Single piece impact extrusion construction replaces equivalent two-piece brake component designs
- Grain flow for the impact conforms to the contour of the part maximizing strength characteristics

Filter Housings

- Capable of offering either threaded or non-threaded housing extensions

Fuel Pump Housings
- Integrated housing and hose fitting extension replaces comparable 2-piece designs, reducing assembly time and required part count for a given bill of material
- Allowable overall length to diameter ratio of up to 10:1 promotes unique design opportunities
- Completely forged, non-porous vessels assure a pressure-tight, leak proof container
Hose Connectors & Fittings
- Reverse extrusion process ideally suited for rapid, high volume production of symmetrical, hollow can-shaped parts
- More corrosion resistant than the equivalent steel connectors or fittings
- Close tolerance connectors and fittings formed by impacting may prove more economical than those formed by competing manufacturing processes
